Hippofix Ray Rot is a pre-mixed, highly effective disinfectant used to prevent or treat bacterial and fungal infection in the ray, lateral groove, sole and wall horns.
Contains hydrogen peroxide 47.2 g/l.
Management of laminitis: Allow the hoof to work regularly and carefully cut the frog and lateral grooves with a clean hoof knife.
Application: Apply Hippofix Ray Rot in all possible remaining cracks and cavities that can be a gateway for unwanted microorganisms. Especially important to treat sole and wall horn defects covered by the shoe or sole and during warm and humid seasons. An ongoing infection is recognized by the presence of a foul-smelling pus or secretion.
Use daily until the problems disappear and the tissue is dry.
No rinsing or drying.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place in a sealed container. Store in the original packaging. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
